All school meals for all pupils are free in Islington. The meals at CPS, like most in Islington schools, are cooked by Caterlink, a company bought in for that purpose. As part of the LDBS Academies Trust, CPS is in the process of transferring to Chefs in Schools program.

The meals are of a very good standard - which may come as a surprise to older generations who may not have fond memories of school dinners! Many staff enjoy eating with the children at lunchtimes and this is testimony to the quality of the food on offer.
